It is almost 4 o’clock pm and my two sons are hungry. Of course they are because their lunch was at 10.30 o’clock am. I was already prepared for this; I do know my two lovely little gentlemen. So I suggested taking some yoghurt with a melon. Normally we are taking that for desert but I thought because they are so hungry that I can easily move the desert to some hours earlier. In this case they have the same amount of food but a little more spread out over the whole day. The whining is gone and they really enjoy their healthy snack.
There seem to be a lot of commercials and advertisements for nutrition additives. Especially vitamines, minerals and glucosamine appear really popular lately, as the magazines I get are full of it. I wonder if these things really help, or if they just have the 'placebo-effect.' I guess the psychological effect may be big as people who take them will certainly believe in them. If besides that there is also a physical effect, then of course it's a good thing.
